CLIENTS (as per Booking Confirmation email)

The cost of your deposit will be deducted from your treatment price on the day. If you choose to cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice, your deposit may be moved to a future appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will lose your deposit. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time, will require full payment of the remainder of your treatment cost. If you do not pay this balance, you will no longer be welcome to book future appointments at ZOE HANNAH LTD.

REFRESHER COURSES (as per “Pre-Course Information for Existing Nail Technicians” document)

A £50 non-refundable deposit will secure your place on any course. The remaining balance may be paid on the day of the course. If, for whatever reason you need to cancel your booking, your deposit may be transferred to secure your place on a future course, providing 72 hours notice has been given. If you need to cancel within this time, you will lose your deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit in order to secure your place on a new course.

BEGINNERS COURSES (as per “Pre-Course Information (1) and Booking Confirmation (2) for Complete Beginners” document)

Purchasing a kit or paying a third of the training fee will secure your place on any course. If, for whatever reason you need to cancel your booking, your deposit may be transferred to secure your place on a future course, providing one weeks notice has been given. If you need to cancel within this time, and have already paid the remaining balance, a £50 cancellation fee will need to be paid in order to secure your place on any future course. The kit and/or full training fee already paid will automatically be transferred to the next available training date to suit both you and I.

The remaining cost of each must be paid 7 days before the course begins. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in your place being cancelled.
